We want to ensure that your order arrives quickly and reliably. Here you will find everything you need to know about shipping so that you can LiWAVE-products without worries.

Shipping costs and delivery times

  • Shipping costs:

    • Within Germany we offer free shipping.

    • International Shipping: Shipping costs for orders outside Germany vary depending on the destination and shipping method. These will be displayed during checkout.

      • Free shipping for international orders: We also offer free international shipping for orders over a certain value. The threshold varies by country and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Delivery times:

    • Within Germany: The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.

    • Outside Germany: Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days, depending on the destination.

    The exact delivery times for your order will also be displayed during checkout so you can adjust your expectations accordingly.

Shipping locations

  • Domestic shipping: We deliver to all locations within Germany.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to almost all countries. You can see the available countries during checkout.

Order processing

  • Processing time: Your order will usually be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

  • Order deadline: Orders received after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order online at any time. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

If your order does not arrive within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at welcome@liwave.de with your order number and your name so that we can solve the problem quickly.

We work with DHL and DHL Express to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. The exact shipping provider will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, all applicable customs and import fees will be displayed during checkout, and we'll handle customs clearance, so you won't have to worry about any additional fees when receiving your order. You won't have to pay any additional fees, and your order will be delivered directly to you, without you having to worry about customs.
