We offer free shipping within Germany.

International Shipping: Shipping costs for orders outside of Germany vary depending on the destination and shipping method. These will be displayed during checkout.

Free shipping for international orders: We also offer free international shipping for orders above a certain value. The threshold varies by country and will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times:

Within Germany: Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days.

Outside Germany: Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping locations

Domestic shipping: We deliver to all locations within Germany.

International Shipping: We offer shipping to many countries worldwide. You can see the available countries during checkout.
Order processing

Processing time: Your order will usually be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order deadline: Orders received after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day.
After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order online at any time. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us at welcome@liwave.de with your order number and your name so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping service provider
We work with DHL and DHL Express to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. The exact shipping provider will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation.
Customs and import duties

For international orders we usually ship after DDP procedure ("Delivered Duty Paid"). This means that all applicable customs and import fees are already included in the final price. You don't have to pay any additional fees, and your order will be delivered directly to you.

Exception: Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates: Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates are made according to the DDU procedure ("Delivered Duty Unpaid"). Additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
Loss or damage to shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will promptly investigate the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory solution.
