Domestic shipping: We deliver to all locations within our country.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to almost all countries. Please review the list of countries served at checkout.

Order processing

Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. These processing times may be exceeded due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control.

Order cutoff time: Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at welcome@liwave.de with your name and order number. We will investigate the matter immediately.

Customs and import fees

For international shipments, all applicable customs and import taxes will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
